Own laboratory

We are equipped with professional self owned laboratories and microbiological testing rooms, which can independently complete full microbiological testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products (total bacterial count, mold and yeast, coliform bacteria, etc.). By using rapid detection methods such as ATP fluorescence detectors, the clean workshop environment and equipment hygiene are monitored in real time to ensure that the entire production process meets pharmaceutical grade cleanliness standards, providing core guarantees for product safety and stability.

UltraSpec Lab

UltraSpec Lab is a high-tech laboratory registered in Canada, dedicated to utilizing AI intelligence and biochemical technology for drug/nutritional formula development.
In recent years, the hyperspectral team has utilized AI intelligent technology to deeply explore the advantages of supramolecular macrocycles as active drug molecules and novel drug excipients. They have designed and developed a series of supramolecular drug matrices, as well as nano drug matrices and biomimetic delivery systems based on supramolecular assembly. Its research results have been published in many world-renowned academic journals such as Nature, Materials Today, Biomaterials Science, etc. Currently, the laboratory is deeply cooperating with the Canadian Information Technology and Integrated Systems Mathematics Organization (Mitacs) in biomedical diagnostic projects, and has made significant breakthroughs in academic research, product development, and project implementation

AI driven human metabolism simulation and formula development

Our collaborative laboratory has built a globally leading artificial intelligence cellular level human metabolism simulator. This system can highly simulate the metabolic processes and interactions of different nutrients in various organs and cells of the human body, thereby quickly and accurately predicting the absorption, distribution, and efficacy of formulas in the computer.
This technology has completely revolutionized the traditional research and development model. It enables us to replace a large number of biological experiments with computational simulations in the early stages of product development, not only shortening the development cycle of new formulas by up to 80%, but also significantly reducing research and development costs. This ensures that our OEM solutions are not only efficient, but also based on deep scientific data insights at every step.
